oh my.. they sure are blocking a lot of sites lately. abby told me they blockd DA b4.. so to friendster too.

dba Etisalat is strict abt some things? hmm, i've a feeling most of the ppl in those accounts are starting (or already are) posting those retrictred things (watever it may be).

i min, if that has been Etisalat's only reason then they shud js bann the ppl.. not the whole site. *tsk tsk* the things ppl do these days..

Honestly? Name a blog/art site where people DON'T put up 'nasty things'. Even here in dA you have all the artistic nudes and fetish pictures that more or less 'violates' several of what etisalat perceives to be 'bad'. And really I post those restricted things. Yaoi fangirl remember? Hell I post enough smut-art to make etisalat scream bloody murder.

But if that's the case, why not block dA as well? Or facebook or friendster or blogspot or hell, even myspace! Coz damn, there are a hella lot more stuff there that can give LJ a run for its money.

And honestly. We're paying to surf the net and whatnot. Not to see blocked pages. Besides, they blocked it 2 years ago. I fail to see WHAT the deal is now. Again. >_>

Yeah well, it's not that I don't know how to get around the blocking. But come one. We pay an insane amount of cash for the internet service. I sure as hell ain't paying just to be sneaky ... it's really, really sad.
